in this post i am going to show you how to increase internet buffering

 speed up to 10%






first open ''system.ini'' by typing it in run or by searching it

after opening it 

copy paste the following codes and edit it

then open gpedit.msc by searching or typing it in run 

go to     computer configuration>Administrative Template>Network>QoS packet scheduler>limit reservable bandwidth 

then enable it and decrease the bandwidth limit to 0% 
it is 20% in windows 7 and 80% in windows 8

this will work on windows xp/7/8
